Because i have seen Many Published Blogs with 300+ posts and their owner telling me that Google adsense is ignoring them.But, we can always estimate things, According to my knowledge and Experience , You should only apply after you have more than 80 posts. Post length should must be 500+ to 700+ words.

Blog is the second big thing After content. This Represents your experience,expertise and Professionalism. So always be careful because anything can break your Chances.

Have attention to what type of content you are publishing. Because it is something that truly important or the role in blogging. Google Adsense is not for Illegal Items,Pornographic,Drugs or other Blogs/ Site like that. Also Google Adsense team won't be allow you to take in if you own a Other Languages or Non English Blog.

Google Adsense used to approved "WordPress.com" and "Blogspot.com" Blogs. For this year , You must have your own domain that you can use for your blog. if you don't have one yet, Stop thinking about getting accept with Sub domains and go buy a top Level Domain Like .com and .net and many more.
Another important role about domain is it’s age. Adsense has placed an age restriction Because for most of Asian Countries . They don’t accept any sites before they are 6-7 months old.

If you have any others ads placed like clicksor, chitika or anything. it's time to removed them. Even Google Adsense allowed you to use other Ad Networks While your not applying, it's better to drop your ads before applying and never ever put them back again until you get a response from Google Adsense Team.
12. You must know the Paid Traffic
Google Hates the site/blog that are getting traffic and earn money and mostly punish them so there is not a chance of getting Google Adsense Approval Letter for a blog/site that is getting paid traffic to earn money. You can Bring a lot of traffic from Search Engines or other way you want and you know but if you want to earn via Google Adsense in the right way and base in their policy , Having paid traffic is not a answer or solution.
